“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”

“The overall stay was great. Only concern 🙁 parking. It was very hard to park I think if you are staying and paying. Premium per night a parking spot should be always available during your stay. One day I spent 30 minutes to park. They also charge for public parking and it was packed having to go around and around to find a spot open .”

“My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for an event at the Tampa Convention Center, and stayed with 5 people in a suite with an oceanfront view. The check-in process was rapid, with the check-in desk being located on the 7th floor, and we did arrive early, so the valet stored all of our luggage in secure storage, which allowed us to go out to Clearwater Beach before the room was ready. “Was disappointed that the bathroom had no vent fan. The refrigerator had no freezer section. Needed to freeze an ice pack for back issues. The golf cart shuttle was very good however it’s a one man operation for folks checking in with cars and driving shuttle which fits 5 people. It was a long wait to get picked up from dinner.”

“Check in was a bit slow as they did not have enough staff to check guest in. The place was about 90% clean. Needed to be better. Roof top bar was awesome. The bar tender was great and made you feel very welcomed. Pool was not the size they showed on the web site and the rooms were much smaller than the web site. Bathrooms were incredibly small with little to no room. Location is great. Would not stay again. ”
