“Other than it being insanely hot in the hotel, it was great! Clean, comfortable, quiet, big car park, can walk into town in 10 minutes. There is their pub, a MacDonalds and Chinese restaurant on the doorstep. You can easily walk to Loch Lomond, the forest/park, pubs and shops. The hotel isn't staffed and you check in inside the pub (separate building) but it was easy and the staff there were lovely.”

“The staff were so pleasant helpful and kind. The room was kept immaculate by housekeeping. The receptionist was so cheerful and helpful as was the waiting staff in the restaurant and bar. The food in the restaurant was delicious and a reasonable selection. Really could not fault at all. ”

“Really lovely place right on Loch Fyne. A lovely walk you can do, off road, that takes you round to the Loch Fyne Oyster Bar. Lovely evening meal and breakfast Really friendly staff Gave a four not a five as no hot water from the bathroom sink tap but shower was lovely and hot”

“Lovely cosy village pub. Nice if small bedroom but with en-suite. Very clean, good evening meal (for guests only) and good breakfast. Friendly owners Mark and Audrey are moving but the pub is staying open with new people.”

“I had a great weekend. The house was more rustic than what the pictures convey but the house was charming. I felt like i was in the middle of nowhere. Views were beautiful even with the lashing down rain. The wood burner in the living room was perfect to create an atmosphere. The house had everything we needed for a weekend. I did have to contact the owners to check a couple of things and they were great and communicated quickly and resolved all matters. The house could do with a freshen up,……
