“Excellent experience, property location is very convenient, rooms have individual a/c, kitchen area is well equipped, living and dining area spacious, balcony is perfect, the rooftop view is spectacular, all personnel is very professional Miguel, Andi, Carlos, Jonathan, and Joana.All are friendly and they are always willing to assist, tour operator Armin is there to guide with tours or local activities (we purchased the dolphin experience and it was amazing!). We highly recommend ordering drinks……

“Thos hotel was Absolutely Wonderful!!! We would stay here again and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a super central hotel while in Cozumel. All of the shops and restaurants are within a one to ten minute walk. The staff are SO friendly and the continental breakfast that's included is just Great. The fresh squeezed OJ is Fantastic 😊 The only thing I would mention is that I think this hotel is Perfect if you are out doing activities. If you are looking to just chill by a pool……

“This was my second stay at the Luna Azul and I will stay there again. It’s a quaint little hotel with a very refreshing pool. It’s in a location where I can walk to the Malecon to go shopping… to find good restaurants. The staff at the hotel are wonderful and very accommodating. My room is always cleaned spotlessly every day. I trust the staff completely. The only thing that would make it better would to be a mini fridge in the room. But that is my only recommendation. “We felt at home when we were staying at the Hotel Segovia. There was one or two other individuals standing on the property. It was quiet and very comfortable. A person was always stationed at the front and that was very comforting that it was safe. Breakfast was made to order each day. The menu was an American type breakfast - eggs (made your way), bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee. I would highly recommend because it’s close to the Centro and fairly priced in March. ”

“Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and shared spaces. We rented a scooter a few days directly from the property which was very convenient. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. ”
