“Older motel but clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Check in/out was easy. Parking can get tight on busy days. ”

“Our room was clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating. I’d say they only thing that I didn’t like was that housekeeping didn’t come in the give us clean towels/make beds for our second night. I was surprised by this. I know they don’t want to wash towels everyday for environmental reasons but even to replace some would have been nice. Anyway, it was a great stay and we’d come back. ”

“The owners are very sweet and we enjoy every time we go. We hike a ton, and the location you can’t beat with restaurants and trails within an easy driving distance. We loved having breakfast before heading out to the trails. Nice and accommodating always and helpful with our questions. We’re quiet and keep to ourselves, so it’s perfect for us as a landing zone.”

“We stayed in the Babe Ruth room. Kind of cool. Room was very small, we had to steal a chair from the lounge so we could watch TV together. Would not be good for skiers as there is nowhere to hang or dry gear. The heating system is very antiquated. We alternated between hot and cool over the night. ”

“We had a good stay in this property and also got upgraded. The lady in the front desk was very nice, probably the owner (sorry I didnt get her name). Check in was quick. Although the place is a little dated, it is super clean, comfortable and spacious. I would recommend this place when you visit North Conway. It is so close to Cranmore resort and also restaurants and other establishments. I would love to be back in this property again.”

“We been coming for years. Rooms are great. Staff is super. In the winter the play kid movies at night. Only draw back to this visit was when we were swimming we could smell the septic gas. But the water was super warm and swimming at sight with snow falling was great.”
