“The home was perfect for our large family vacation. It was clean and the bedrooms were comfortable. There are 8 nice size bedrooms. 5 of them were very spacious. The house looks exactly like the pictures. Beautiful scenery! Gene was attentive from booking through the stay. ”

“The house was very spacious. Outside needed work, cleaned up. Inside the cleanliness was below acceptable. Had an issue with toilet leaking, he promptly sent someone to fix. Tiles in hallway broken. Second day coffee maker died, said needed cleaned, Im. Not cleaning someone elses coffee pot. Overall if Im paying close to 600.00 with taxes and fees, it should if been a lot more functional and cleaner ”

“Traveling for a wedding in the Springfield neighborhood of Jacksonville. We needed a comfy place to rest our heads in between wedding events and gathering with friends. This place is more affordable than the big hotels on the river, and the bed is very comfortable. The host was very responsive and we had a very good stay.”
