“Very nice boutique hotel situated right on the beach. Great staff, very friendly. We had a small leak in the ceiling in the bathroom from some recent renovation and the staff moved us to another room immediately. Otherwise it would be five stars. I’m sure they’ll sort it out quickly. We really enjoyed the breakfast. And the views are incredible; get an ocean facing room. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“We were arriving late, they had called ahead to leave details about our late arrival. They seemed very accommodating to late arrivals. Breakfast was delicious in the morning! The room was spacious, huge bathroom. We somehow had a complementary upgrade- which was nice! Only negative was that the fan? or AC? made a loud ticking noise throughout the night. ”

The inn is immaculate, the room is well decorated and the bed is super comfortable. The breakfast is a full meal and delicious. We definitely recommend Blue Heron Inn, you wont be disappointed! ”

“We had an excellent stay at The Addison. The room was clean and charming. The place was meticulously maintained. Ron and Lisa were excellent hosts. They helped with restaurant suggestions as well as places to visit. Bicycles were provided for free and made for a great way to get around and see Fernandina. The happy hour made for a nice way to meet other guests. I absolutely would recommend The Addison as a great place to stay on Amelia Island. Absolutely worth it!”
