“Lovely historic B&B with loads of charm and character. Family run. Super friendly and attentive. Great breakfast. My only gripe is that I totally missed that the Riverdale Inn serves afternoon tea (which need reservations 24 hours in advance) Will definitely return to this property and will be sure to book tea!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Goodbread Inn. We were in the Gable and Lombard suite, which was very unique jyst like the entire B&B. The hostess Mardja was wonderful. We loved the surrounding area of St. Mary's as well.”

“My wife and I stayed weekend of July 26. We enjoyed the quaint quiet retreat. Pool was amazing. Breakfast was like a Michelin star chef was cooking these very nice and succulent breakfast dishes. The convenience of the property placement made it right were all the shopping and fun spots that the historic district had to offer. Thank you for taking care of our needs, to all the staff at the Hoyt House. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that likes quiet little getaway in a bustling……

“We had an excellent stay at The Addison. The room was clean and charming. The place was meticulously maintained. Ron and Lisa were excellent hosts. They helped with restaurant suggestions as well as places to visit. Bicycles were provided for free and made for a great way to get around and see Fernandina. The happy hour made for a nice way to meet other guests. I absolutely would recommend The Addison as a great place to stay on Amelia Island. Absolutely worth it!”

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
