“We are so happy to have stumbled upon this property! As dog owners, we cherish times spent with our pup and our forever grateful for places that allow us to bring him. we were in studio unit number 18. The air conditioner was cold, was fast, and there wasn’t a lot of noise from outside while sleeping. An easy walk to the beach and restaurants, as well as a smooth contact free check-in process made it even better. We will definitely be back!”

“We spent a long weekend at this condo and loved it. Location on the beach with a top level view of the beach is perfect. Easy access to the beach if you don’t mind some stairs. Nice that they had a hose to rinse off your feet. Super clean. Can’t speak to kitchen supplies as we didn’t cook. ”

“Stayed for a few days to end a longer vacation. Was everything we needed and wanted. Owners were responsive when we had a question about the AC. Pool was great.”

“Everything about my stay was easy and don’t let the outside fool you, the inside was very nice. Lots of space outside, beds were comfortable, kitchen & bathrooms were renovated along with the floors. Huge tvs. My friend and I throughly enjoyed our stay! :)”

“Had a great week in mid-November for beach getaway to Amelia Island. Unit is in good condition, excellent location near the beach and plenty of very good restaurants in Fernandina Beach. Would definitely stay again!”

“Property and management were perfect. Everyone was so nice and the property was exceptional with easy access and beautiful of beach. ”

The space was well-appointed, and we loved having a full kitchen and extra room to spread out. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. We’d definitely stay here again!”

“We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the house had not been properly cleaned or maintained. There was garbage left in the trash can, a dead roach in plain sight, and visible gaps around the doors that allowed bugs and pests to easily enter.The bed collapsed as soon as I got into it, and my granddaughter discovered a live roach under her towel on the bed. We also saw a mouse inside the house on our second day. Gnats were……
