The neighborhood was quiet with amazing food and coffee shops just a couple blocks away. North Park as home base was perfect for exploring Coranado, downtown and Balboa Park. We will be staying here again! ”

“We stayed at this property, for the second time, this Christmas. We were so happy it was available. It was just as nice-if not nicer, somehow-than our first stay. The little house had everything we needed to be comfortable and the neighborhood was as quiet and pleasant as we remembered it being. We couldn't get the furnace to work when we arrived but Renee had the maintenance man there in less than 20 minutes. He needed to light the pilot light. I was so impressed with Renee's speedy……

“Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home……

The yard has a privacy fence all around it and we never felt visible to the neighbors. The Jacuzzi was on a nice patio and was very clean. My girlfriend loved everything about the decor from the front door throughout the entire house. The kitchen and bedroom were clean and stocked with everything you might need or have forgotten.
