“We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host was very communicative and organized, making the check-in and check-out process incredibly simple and smooth. They also provided fantastic local recommendations that really helped us make the most of our trip. The location is perfect — centrally located, with almost everything in San Diego just a quick 20-minute drive away. One of the best parts of our stay was the amazing outdoor space. It was so inviting and comfortable that we found ourselves……

This property is centrally located to everything we wanted to do... the zoo, sea world, Coronado, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, etc. Never more than a 20 min drive (as long as you don't hit traffic times). Home was comfortable and had everything we needed. My teens loved the roof even though the igloo was down due to a wide storm. Would for sure recommend! ”

“We chose this property as it is close to our daughter and son-in-law. It was exactly as described, a perfect place to tuck in for the night and start the day with an excellent selection of teas (thank you). Very clean. Bed was quite comfortable, and the sofa bed was more comfortable than most. Bathroom was very clean and bright with great water pressure/temp. Location is optimal for university proximity and La Mesa is close by. We will definitely look to stay here again.”

“A wonderful & unique property in an ideal location. Comfortable, quiet, clean, and well-equipped. Easy walk to Balboa Park and many lovely bars & restaurants. The host was very accomodating. Basically, it was perfect.”

“The owners are very nice and helpful. The property feels a bit sterile and there’s security lights and video cameras outside all up the walkway and at the entrance. The bedding was very heavy sheets for the temperature, pillows were flat. It was an ok place to spend the night but I wouldn’t want to stay more than that. ”

“The room was small. Bed comfortable. I like that I could walk in all directions in the neighborhood and find stores, restaurants, markets. We had construction noise early in the morning. Parking was a bit tricky but they do have it for an extra charge. It was a nice stay and I would visit again and recommend.”
