“This house was the perfect choice for a weekend with friends in San Diego. The unique layout made the house fun while ensuring that we all had privacy and enough room to spread out. We also could not have asked for a better location. We were walking distance to all of the restaurants and bars that we wanted to go to (plus felt safe walking around at night) and the Saturday farmers market is literally on the same street. “We had a lovely stay at Marc’s guest cottage . I came for an event with my two grown children and we were very comfortable. The patio Is quite large and private and a wonderful place to relax and also to dine. Marc even offered me a late checkout as he didn’t have anyone coming in the day we left. I’ve never had a host offer that proactively and it was very much appreciated. The location is close to everything yet very private. I would definitely book again. Thank you! ”

“We booked this place for the month, and it was almost perfect to be honest. First of all, the owner is very on top of things, communication was on point, and he is very responsive; very accommodating and understands you are on vacation, helps in every way. He ordered us new floaties and toys for the kids, and was responsive on anything we needed. The only challenge we faced was the plumbing which was taken care of within the first week, seems like the previous tenants clogged it. The place……
