Living room is separated from the bedrooms so you do not need to worry about talking too loud in the morning for those that are still sleeping. Backyard is a big bonus for this area. “We were in San Diego for our son’s graduation from University of San Diego - only a 15 min drive away. Stayed with my dad and sister and brother in law. Had a great stay. The house was perfect for our stay - separate space for each of us at night and plenty of room for cooking and meals. We loved the outdoors too - my dad in particular loved the swing chair under the deck ny the BBQ. We sat there the first night with him on the swing just smiling. We highly recommend this house. ”
