“All was good”

“L’annonce concernantcet hôtel est mensongère ! Les piscines sont trop petites pour accueillir autant de monde, la nourriture est déplorable tout juste sortie de boîtes de conserves! Le restaurant principal offre une vue sur un terrain vague avec des gravats et des camions abandonnés ! La douche de notre chambre swim up est couverte de calcaire, la porte ne fermait pas à cause des charnières rouillées ! La soi disant plage de l’hôtel est à quelques centaines mètres où il faut payer pour avoir un……

“Facilities were decent and our stay was mostly comfortable. Nicely situated close to many beaches and restaurants. Staff were very accommodating and always ready to help. Many families choose this place for a reason as it's kid-friendly and has a variety of things for all ages to do from mini golf to football, ping pong, basketball and a few pools for all abilities. Only down side for us was the air con not working properly in one of the bedrooms making it uncomfortable to sleep in.”

“La struttura è particolarmente indicata per le famiglie. Tutti i servizi soddisfano sia i bambini che gli adulti. Il divertimento è assicurato. La qualità e varietà del cibo è buona. Consiglio di assaggiare le specialità della cucina locale. La pasta non sempre è cotta bene, ma i condimenti sono discreti. Generalmente il livello di pulizia è soddisfacente, ma bisognerebbe curare di più la pulizia dei tavoli tra un pasto e il successivo. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Le stanze sono……

“bij aankomst meldden we ons bij de balie dat jullie een tweepeersoons kamer voor ons gereserveerd hadden, de baliemedewerkster keek ons verbaasd aan en belde haar manager, we werden door deze dame apart genomen en kregen daar te horen dat ze al 3 jaar geen zaken meer deden met Expedia en dus ook niks voor ons konden betekenen”

“Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento presso questo ostello (monolocale con un bagno + una piccola cucina). Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo visto l'appartamento che effettivamente era molto grande e ben tenuto con anche un'enorme terrazza. L'unico dettaglio, direi non poco rilevante, era che sul nostro monolocale potevano accedere 2 ulteriori stanze...in pratica gli ospiti di queste due stanze per andare in bagno, cucina e anche per uscire dall'appartamento avrebbero dovuto passare dalla nostra……
