“服務態度不佳”

“We have booked the regular twin rooms with partial sea view but the hotel can only offered us rooms facing the road. Even we already mentioned that our requirement while checkin , but turn out they have not set the twin beds while check in and we have to wait. For the facilities, they do not provide iron and which need extra cost for the ironing service which we found unacceptable.”

“Overall a good experience. The room itself was a little run down. The a/c didn't work and there was water dripping from above the sink. Staff was fairly attentive and the food was good. ”

“Wonderful hotel. Warm greetings, amazing view. Got bus to old town right in front of hotel. Free parking. We enjoyed the buffet dinner, jacuzzi and sauna.”

“Nice location not far from many places to eat. Room looked bigger in the photos than it actually was. Hot water for showers was an issue so short showers is a must so everyone can get a nice shower. We had a balcony suite which was nice, bit noisey with restaurant going at night but sound proof rooms when you shut the doors. ”

“本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。 早上餐廳有老先生打破餐具，幾位服務人員在旁邊，沒有幫忙，老先生自己慢慢撿。 服務待加強。”

“第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。”

“Leilighetene var fine, med god air condition og gode senger. Uteplassen vi fikk var på bakkenivå, og ganske innestengt. Ingen luft og sol der. Litt slitte leiligheter. Daily cleaning innebærer at de koster en gang i løpet av uka, og tømmer søppel/kommer med handduker annenhver dag. Stedet er stort, og stranda er vakker. Rent vann og mange solsenger. Mye forskjellig å finne på for barna. Praktisk med båttaxi inn til Rovinj. ”
