“第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。”

“We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.”

“What can I say… but; was amazing! Loved every minute of my 4 night stay. Location was perfect. A 2mile walk (each way) into the walled old city was nice and some of the views were great on the way… and there was a circular walk in Lapad that had some of the best views of the blue sea. Pool area was fantastic and every member of the team that we came across couldn’t do enough for us. Even remembering our order for breakfast and drinks (we should have mixed it up). Really gave the personal……
