“Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. “After a horrible hotel stay, we were so relieved to find this amazing home in the west of Puerto Rico. It was everything we hoped for immaculately clean, cozy, and felt just like home. “We loved our stay at Hacienda Tres Casita! The staff were so friendly and helpful when we needed something like towels or more coffee, breakfast was good, and the casitas are so romantic and the views are gorgeous. It was 20 minutes from the beach, so we got to enjoy being in the mountains and enjoy the west coast. Would highly recommend!”

“Pros: Good location 3 minutes to the Montones beach, easy check in/out, air conditioned. Cons: No smoke or carbon monoxide detector. "According to the 2018 Puerto Rico Fire Code, smoke detectors are required in all residential occupancies (Group R) and must be installed in accordance with the International Fire Code (IFC) standards, meaning at least one smoke detector should be placed inside each bedroom, outside each sleeping area,"”

“Paradise! We saw wales, sea turtles, swam with angel fish, beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Our villa was steps from the beach. Clean cool and comfortable. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean never gets old! Restaurant wasnt the best but convenient for a meal. There is great dinining in the area.”
