“We were here for a few days to explore this part of Wales. This house with self-catering rooms was ideal for our stay. A short walk away is a wonderful cafe with fresh baked goods and a nice espresso. The town centre is a short distance down the hill where there are a few pubs, shops and restaurants. There are some great hiking opportunities nearby as well. ”

“Mill Lodge is located in a quiet side street with pubs and food shopping nearby. Our compact accommodation was very clean, cosy, comfortable and had all we needed, with a generous supply of teas, coffee and Welsh cakes in the room. At breakfast, there was a wide choice of quality ingredients to choose from, carefully prepared and presented in impeccable style. A nice touch was the freshly squeezed orange juice. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. ”

“Amazing Location ”

“This was our first time staying at Celtic, and we were excited for a birthday celebration. The resort is huge, and our room on the 7th floor had a king-size bed and a very small TV. The bathroom lacked basics like shower gel and body lotion—only shampoo and conditioner were provided. Surprisingly, there was no bottled water in our deluxe room, which felt off for a 5-star hotel. We booked Sunday lunch at Rafters. Julie and Ruby were excellent hosts, and James on the shuttle was super friendly. A……

“Maria, who is front of house, was so welcoming and later, in the dining room she tirelessly looked after us and all the other guests. The food was fantastic and I understand her husband is head chef, Joseph Colman. The rooms were attractive and very comfortable with lovely bathrooms. I would certainly recommend this as a wonderful getaway. ”

“Beautifully appointed and cared for BnB with self check in. A nice calm atmosphere, pristine and simple. Good breakfast, nice to have outdoor space too. All the check in amd info is straightforward and the hosts are responsive too. Highly recommended”
