“Recommended this good quality hotel, I stayed for 3 nights, there is no refrigerator in the room, the service and facilities are very good.”

“Clean. Good temperature. Nice bathroom (Savoy, make sure that you get enough air in so that it stays nice and not get damp). Bedroom clean, beds comfortable (not the highest quality but perfectly serviceable). Carpets are ready for the museum (downstairs) but clean and probably v good quality.... just old fashioned. We had sea-facing rooms and with the window open the motorbikes on the seafront were a bit noisy. Good TV choice. ”

“The only thing we didn't like about this hotel was the limited parking at the hotel however saying that the nearby local station (tourist train) is free parking between 6pm and 9am so it wasn't a problem and we paid for an additional couple of hours the following morning at a cost of £2.50. Dog friendly though the room was a bit warm. Even with the windows open it was quite quiet outside. Also its at the end of the beach that is also dog friendly. Staff were friendly room pretty large. “Our stay felt luxurious and relaxing. Room was very comfortable and quiet. We also had the opportunity to use the pool which was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. It's a bit harder getting here with public transportation. We walked from Pontyclun station which was okay but others may want to make sure they pre-arrange transportation if needed.”

“The modern room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I slept well, not disturbed by any other guests. The biggest win for me was the fantastic value for money which meant I could afford a 5 night stay. Buses into the city were frequent though I could walk to town centre in 15-20 minutes. ”
