“Nice friendly helpful staff . Only issue we had is the windows , very easy to climb onto for kids and the windows opened just by using the handle so no button to press in first . ((Obviously that’s not an issue everyone will have but if you have children with disabilities you may find this worrying)). “I was in the annexe room 22. Breakfast was very good. I was there 2 nights. There were clean towels the 2nd day which I didnt think necessary as I am a big believer in saving water, energy, time and money! So maybe a notice could be put up like they do in many hotels to leave towels on floor if they need changing. There were a couple of little things I mentioned to reception but no need to put on here as all in all it was a good hotel. ”

“Really enjoyed my overnight stay in Sandbay. Close to Western Supermare, can hop on a bus and spend time there however there is plenty of entertainment on site also a swimming pool, dart boards and 2x snooker tables.
