“Communicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues. Issues mainly around the following: numerous large dirty carpet stains throughout apartment; toiletries of previous guests in bathroom (including toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and hair spray); cardboard and sticky tape used to secure pipes in bathroom; various damage to furnishing including hole in blind and faulty blinds which could not be pulled up; dirty stains on……

Le personnel à l'accueil très agréable et serviable, m'a donné un bon conseil pour le restaurant le soir. Facile de se garer avec le grand parking, pas très rempli début octobre. Et le petit déjeuner était très bien, surtout pour le prix demandé. Je reviendrai sans hésiter si je repasse par Falkirk au retour. ”
