“A beautiful, peaceful stay! So much space and goregous natural light streaming through sash windiws in the morning. The rooms are in an historic, listed building, so there are quirks and without the radiators it can be chilly, so if staying in the winter months consider bringing a cosy dressing gown to wrap up in, especially after a relaxing soak in the huge bathtub. The coffee machine and chocolates were a wonderful treat. As was waking up right in the city centre. ”

“This is the worst experience in the bathroom for me . I have never been to a bathroom like this . I suggest that they should do some modification work on that.”

“Top notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay £20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. ”

“Very nice property very clean throughout. 3 sinle beds in room, 55"TV, Fridge in room with access to Kitchen. Plenty of on street parking. Bus stop just outside to city centre with chip shop and Tesco a few minutes down the road. Recommend property and would stay again.”

“Dislike: only 3 parking spaces, but got recommended the NCP down the road at St Augustine (6.95- 24hour) Like: cheap and comfy”

“The rooms are very good, Kitchen area has everything you might need, nice dining area, friendly helpful staff. There is a Co-Op built into the building, so perfect for buying fresh food etc. The thing that means, I cannot give a great review, is I was allocated bedroom 9, which has the fan for the pizza ovens, for the restaurant below, the fan is incredibly loud & is not turned off overnight. I am lucky & can sleep thru anything, but I am pretty sure, most people could not! For me the property……

“Mandeep was a very good host phoned me on the day and asked what time I was to arrived I arrived early no extra charge for early check in. He also give me a parking permit so I did not had to pay for the parking was free. The room was average for me other than that everything was fine.”
