“Everything is great! Cozy and clean room, friendly front desk staffs and housekeepers. Free parking. A bit bad access to Wi-Fi for the first-time log-in. Unclear road sign as well as bad google map direction, it's better to drive in by Northgate crossing Blvd., instead of Hardy Fwy. because the entrance will be closed if road tree trimming, but there are no notice sign ahead.”

“The location is so convenient, the hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, and the staff was TOP NOTCH! The customer service we received was beyond amazing! “This was one of the BEST hotel stays I have EVER had. Every single member of the staff ((front desk, kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, etc)) was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure that we, and the other patrons, were well-taken-care-of and accommodated. Our room was so, so clean. Even the air purifier that I brought with us didn’t detect any impurities. The housekeeping ladies are excellent at their jobs and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and……
