“Exceptionally clean! It was our first time in NOLA and unsure of the area. Walked all along Magazine street. Nice restaurants near by for breakfast and lunch. Easy uber ride to jazz friend French Quarter.Apartment was comfortable and perfect for two couples. ”

“Very conveniently located just a block or two from the Saint Charles trolley line. We were there with friends for Jazzfest and had a fantastic time. Beds were extremely comfortable, AC worked like a charm. Could use some more kitchen items such as cookie/baking sheets and items.”

“1. Couches and beds were all worn down with no real support. It was very uncomfortable. The beds had like a bowl-like feel in the middle and the couch was hard to get off of. I'm 30 and not overweight for reference, so that's saying a lot. 2. Smoke Alarm was going off all morning and we had to have the property fix it. 3. Floor was sinking in a couple of places. You had to watch your footing. 4. A/C wouldn't work, and we called about it every day we were there. It was 109 outside, and they……

“This property was not well kept. It was very dirty, had very little dishes, no pans, cleaning supplies, linen and towels.The AC did not work properly. Hosteva customer service was great as when we called to let them Know about this condition They found us another property immediately that was well kept and equipped.. ”

“In the instructions it stated that we needed one key to unlock the door, but we found out that was not true when we got locked out of the house. We contacted the owners and they were out of town with the other set of keys and said that we needed to call a locksmith. We explained that they never stated that we needed both sets of keys to unlock the door. It was also dumb that both sets of keys needed to unlock the door were on two different rings. We thought to take one set of keys and leave one……

“If i could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. if I could attach pictures I would. I communicated with the host before check in that I would be arriving at 1pm into NOLA and asked if we could check in early he responded 2pm. That was perfect for our time schedule. We ended up showing up to the home at 245pm first thing was the door was UNLOCKED.
