“This was the most beautiful home! Though you’re sharing the entire home with other people, you hardly notice as the suite is yours alone. Instructions were easy. You have a huge space to yourself with a large kitchen, massive bathroom and glorious whirlpool tub (great for after a long day of walking around the French Quarter), and the most amazing record and cassette library to set the vibe while you relax and unwind. That was such a nice touch. The furnishings and decor are gorgeous, as well.……

“We stay in New Orleans regularly and this unit has some very positive attributes. Location is perfect if you have a car. Plenty of parking and a very short drive to everywhere. Walkable to two excellent grocery stores. Unit was very clean, had great AC, and the host was an excellent communicator. Would stay there again.”

It’s a spacious property that has all the classic old culture and style of New Orleans with modern furnishings, appliances and touches. “The House and Garden have fairy tale properties. We were three adult couples with a dog. Each couple had their own suite with plenty of privacy and enough of it's own character to make everyone feel they had a special stay. I think our pug was happiest. He had the whole walled courtyard to run around and chase the many tiny lizards. The area is very walkable for people and pets. Everything you could want is a 5- 10 minute walk. Trolly takes you to Bourbon street in about 30 minutes or Lyft in……

“My siblings and spouses booked a stay in New Orleans as it was the halfway point between Destin, Florida and Beaumont, Texas. Trying to find a hotel or rental property that had 3 King beds and located in a nice NO district was challenging, until we found this beautifully restored “shotgun” house on Tchoupitoulas Street! Located a few blocks from the trolley stop on St Charles, and walking distance from Rouses Grocery Store, it was exactly what we needed. Nearby Pascal Manale’s for fine dining……

“The location was great. Reasonable walking distance to restaurants, bars, trolley stop and hop-on-hop-off bus stop. Beautiful rental with lots of room. All bedrooms on 2nd floor which could be a problem if mobility issues for elderly. Definitely would rent again. Short Uner ride to all areas. ”
