The conditions were unsanitary and very misleading from what is described and what is shown in the images. “First off the property was just as pictured, beautiful. The location was great for us, easy access to the Streetcar which took us down to the French Quarter several times. The weather was so beautiful we actually ended up walking down there a couple of times, about 1.5 miles. The French Coffee Truck just a few doors down was a nice treat every morning. Several restaurant options just a few feet away, so staying in definitely would not be a problem! If we make it back to NOLA, I hope to stay here……

The rooftop patio was a highlight, so grab a pizza from the incredible Italian restaurant next door and enjoy it up there. The pool was beautiful and we made sure to use it every day. “My wife and I stayed here with our son, daughter-in-law, and three grandchildren. The house is spacious, beautifully furnished, and remarkably well-equipped. Every room was spotless, there was real art on the walls and lovely antique furniture, modern amenities, fast Wi-Fi, and large screen smart TVs in every bedroom. The highlight for our family was the pool. Heated, private, and surrounded by a charming courtyard, it became the centerpiece of our trip—our grandchildren spent hours splashing……

“The house is very much as advertised. It’s very close to Audubon Park and a variety of great uptown NOLA restaurants, bars and shops. The layout is a typical “shotgun double” so with adjoining bedrooms so be aware of that. However, it is a lovely and comfortable house. The owner was extremely proactive and responsive.”
