“Everything was great”

“The hotel is beautiful, all the areas are clean. The staff was nice, helpful and fast. Everything is perfect except the soundproofing of the room. I've been woken up in the next room since 4:30. You can hear absolutely everything, including small noises such as the mobile phone charger being pulled out of the socket. Putting things on the table, etc...”

“Rigtig godt sted, væk fra bylarm, men alligevel tæt på centrum. Fine lejligheder og god aflåst parkeringsplads. Selvkørende kørestol kan ikke komme ind i restaurant og reception, der mangler en rampe fra vejniveau.”

“We had a nice stay in the Pyloun City Boutique Hotel. Check-in was automatic via a tablet on the 5th floor as we arrived late. We had to pay an additional 2000 CZK as a deposit for the mini bar and possible damage in the room. Our room was on the 6th floor. Unfortunately there were no elevator for the additional floor so we had to carry our suitcase for some stairs. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The bathroom construction was a bit unusual as there were a lot……

“Wir haben nur einen kleinen Kritikpunkt: Die Badewanne. Eine Dusche wäre besser gewesen. Sonst war alles super. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren hilfsbereit und freundlich.”
