“Wonderful large open home in the country with a beautiful view. Perfect for a large family. Very large fenced yard front and back. Don’t have to worry about the little ones roaming off! An unexpected bonus was arrowhead hunting. There is flint everywhere. Definitely would book again!”

“Family trip to hunt on a nearby ranch and this house was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and well appointed. We did have an issue with the gate, but the owner was immediately available and was able to help us. Would stay again.”

“This stay was amazing. So quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting outside in the cool hill country weather. Loved that there are cows with new calves running around. Also enjoyed the morning wake up by the rooster on property. This property was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this little piece of heaven to anyone.”

“Nice property, scenic area, and Donny is a wonderful host that is very helpful. We would come back! It says pool and hot tub on the website...next time would you please clarify that you don't provide it in the winter or something. But it ended up not bothering us much. We had a water baptism at the Frio River! It would be nice to have it in the pool too.”

“We had 6 people for the opening weekend of dove season. There was plenty of room, with a great kitchen area and dining table for our group to gather. It's an easy drive to Uvalde for hunting and golf. A very nice house with everything we needed!!! Nicole was always quick with a reply when we had any questions. Will definitely consider this next time, which will hopefully be soon.”
