“The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. I especially loved the free breakfast which I could choose from their list apart from the buffet options. Also, waitress - Adrijana was amiable and professional. I was there for breakfast for three days and I could feel her passion for providing the best service to the guests. Moreover, I would like to thanks front desk……

“Weather was beautiful but very hot there was a heatwave when we were there , first time visiting Zadar and was not disappointed, hotel was just fabulous and the staff went above and beyond with any request , sun beds around the pool was so comfortable and the swimming pools just fantastic , had dinner in the Fenix restaurant and the food was amazing and would highly recommend, we will definitely be back to the Hyatt zadar and can’t wait ”

“Need to take 15mins bus to old town (15kn) per person one way. Frequent bus #6 service The beach nearby is clean and clear. Buffet variety is good but the dining room is filled of oily smell.”

“This was an amazing property that took a little bit of fun to get to well worth it. We felt like we were the luckiest people in all of split with the view and our beautiful accommodations that was spotless and well decorated location with superb. ”

“A clean hotel with lovely roof top pool. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the attentive staff. We were able to use the pool after check out. We didn’t walk into town but it was only €5 in an Uber to the old town or to the beach . ”

“To expensive comparing what you get. No help with baggage, even outside parking is 150 m fro entrance. Booked with sea view, ok with 45 degrees, but just outside mess with old tires, other ugly stuff. Small shower/toilet. Breakfast ok, but should be better for room price. ”

“Location was unbelievable - literally in Diocletian's palace. Easy walk from Riva & ferry port. There was a little bit of noise from activities below in the public area but not enough to disturb sleeping. Breakfast was lovely - a plated selection in a beautiful setting. Friendly staff & mgmt. Excellent recommended airport transfer person as well. Very happy with our stay! ”
