“This rental is tucked away in a very small town surrounded by mountains and forest. Peaceful and secluded, but easy enough to travel to a larger town for supplies. The property itself has a strong feeling of a family cabin, which it is, so it's easy to feel right at home. This was our second stay, and very likely not our last. ”

“The well-stocked kitchen with kitchen island and bar stools worked well for our group of four. The mattresses were comfortable, not too hard and not too soft, just right. The bath towels were plush and large. We would absolutely stay here again. There are a few things to be aware of. There was a raised wood strip between the wood floor in the kitchen to the wood floor in the living area. Until we got used to this, we "tripped" over the strip a few times. “The pictures of the property that we were staying in did NOT reflect the current conditions of the home. The house was attached to a motel no big deal but the access from the office of the motel came directly in the area where we were staying and we were unable to lock from our side. The house itself was in need of serious repairs! Peeling paint and wallpaper. Heat that didn’t work very well, no hot water. Half of us didn’t even shower while we were there (4 days). “The house was everything we expected and some. The property was awesome and my kids loved the wildlife, a large family of wild turkeys came by. We booked this house for its location near Santa’s Village. It did not disappoint, approx 7 minutes away and at the end of the road there is a cute corner store with great pizza and grinders. I mostly would recommend this property because I left a gold necklace and it was quickly returned. I would 10/10 recommend this property! ”
