“It's obvious that these hosts used to work in hospitality. The house is so well designed and furnished, including the kitchen for those who actually want to cook, which I did. Luxury baths, incredible view, birds, waterfalls and walking paths, gas fireplace. Very close to Watkins Glen and Seneca wine trail. There is some noise from cars going by below, but I'm super sensitive to those things and will still be going back because everything else is so amazing! - including the hosts themselves……

“Paddock house was a lovely, comfortable, and spotlessly clean vacation home in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Ithaca. The host Michael was accessible and helpful. The location is great for families - walking distance to restaurants, playgrounds, and museums. Would stay here again!”

“We were visiting family in Trumansburg for Thanksgiving and needed extra room for our large party. This cottage worked out perfectly - it was plenty warm, the backyard and patio are private and lovely, and the cottage is spacious with helpful features (great buffet shelving near large dining table). We would love to return! Thank you so much to our hosts for the well appointed cottage and convenient location to Trumansburg (and Ithaca - just depends which way you want to go on 89)!”

“My husband and I and my sister and brother-in-law stayed for three nights. The house was spacious enough for us to have our own separate spaces to sleep, plus each couple having our own bathrooms was nice. The location was great in terms of walking distance to Watkins Glen State Park and restaurants/shops. All spaces were clean and we had everything we needed for food prep and cooking. There were only two drawbacks for us personally and these may not apply to everyone. One was that there was……

“pros: Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware, everything you could possibly need. The rooms were comfortable and good sizes. Game room in basement was fun.Hosts very responsive.Cons: it could have been cleaner, but hosts will talk to supposedly new cleaners.The only bathroom on the main floor is in one of the bedrooms so you have to go upstairs unless the people in that bedroom don't care about everyone using their bathroom. There was a bad smell in that bathroom, but hosts……

“This was home base for a Thanksgiving with family. The house is absolutely spotless, with comfortable modern rooms and lots of space to spread out. The house is set back from the road with a secluded backyard with a deck and a fenced in area, you’d never know the grocery store and mall are 5 minutes away, and downtown Ithaca is a short drive. The kitchen was well stocked, and communication with Laurie the owner was excellent. ”
