“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“Friendly and helpful staff at the check in, in the food service area and the room cleaning staff. I had encounters with staff in each area and they all made me feel welcome and exceeded my expectations. ”

“Stay was nice. Had an issue with the bathroom lightbulb burning out but was corrected right away. Clean. Only one ice machine was working but a work order was put in. ”

“The bath room was had mold and the show head was way low and out dated. Had teouble checking in the computer was down. Thw bathe tub was cracked and leaked. Othwr then that the staff was great.”
