“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“The room and public areas were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was tasteless and cold. Restaurant opened at 7am on Sunday as stated on door entrance...but large poster in hotel lobby states 6am. When fact was mentioned to staff they answered, "yes, it needs to be updated." We had paid for 2 breakfast meals expecting the 6am opening. As a result my husband had to miss his meal as he had to leave for an early meeting. Disappointing. ”

“The stay was good but the service was great. We stayed three nights. I needed to work a full day from the hotel and from the business center to be very convenient. While in the business center, the gentleman helping with the breakfast came in a couple times and brought me drinks and snacks. Great customer service And therefore I would have to recommend this hotel. ”
