“Lobby was nice, casino was nice, other than that cleaning was not kept up. Our first room looked like it was just thrown together, used hand towel on counter, pillows thrown about, hair on toilet seat, second was room was fine with a great view of the Missouri and the old railroad bridge. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Great location of the hotel.”

“Friendly/Helpful staff. Room was clean, but mostly clear glass on wet room partition was a bit strange. Water pressure too weak. pressure too”

“Rob was very proactive on sending information for our check in. We were also pleasantly surprised with some fabulous cookies waiting for us when we got there. The house was very neat and clean. The bedrooms were as described in the listing. We spend quite a bit of our time at Warm Springs Ranch and it was nice to be able to come back to a place we could relax in.”

“It was fine for the money we paid. No complaints other than the shower head didn't work right and the tub was so slick my daughter used a Terry bath mat in the tub to stand on. Hot tub jets only had a light bubbling, but was super hot and a wonderful relief to tired bodies! Easy access to interstate. ”

“Friendly staff. But the bathroom needed maintenance… the shower handle fell off and the spout was loose. ”
