“The room was beautiful but could've been better for the price. There was no remote for the other tv, fireplace was not working, mold around the shower, stains on the comforter and pillow cases. Our neighbors had music blasting until 4 am. ”

“The grounds were amazing. Wonderful bluff view from the 2 bedroom lodge rental. My only complaint was the kitchen amenities. There were no cups, plates cooking supplies or utensils. Not even a toaster. Don’t expect to cook anything.”

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”
