“We came for a show at the Music Hall and I picked Phillips Hotel. Location was perfect and everything was within walking distance. Staff and valet attendants went above and beyond making us feel welcomed. Will be back!”

“Very nice area, the lobby is gorgeous, they have a self checkout for the convenient area, didn’t get a chance to try the coffee pastry area but was excited about that. However for how much we paid for a one night stay there was a stain on the carpet (wasn’t sure what it was) and the bathroom door knob seemed to be broken. Other then that everything seemed nice.”
