“This spa and hotel was amazing. Beautiful building, amazing accommodations and several restaurant choices attached to the hotel itself. Spa was nice. They do numerous styles of massages but also have a "grotto" which is a room with a dry and steam saunas, large hot tub, steam shower and an ice cold shower in addition to ice cold mint-scented washcloths to use. Outside was amazing too. The outdoor pool doesn't appear to have chlorine in it. Not sure if it is the spring water but it feels good……

“The hotel needs updated. When you get off the elevator, you can smell mildew. The bathrooms definitely need updating. For the price you pay could be nicer. But the rooms were clean and the service was excellent. We’d stay there again. ”

“We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Kansas City Downtown by IHG for a quick one-night trip, and I can confidently say this hotel made our entire weekend feel like a luxury getaway wrapped in kindness and convenience! We were in town for my daughter’s dance recital at the nearby Kansas City Music Hall, and the location could not have been more perfect literally steps away! But what truly elevated our stay was the exceptional service and the unmatched warmth of the front……
