“Overall our stay was nice. Disappointed in the hot tub, jets didn't work, had a green color to the water. The pizza place was unable to cook our pizza lunch one of the days, dough came out uncooked. The food places and services offered were all good. ”

“Took my kids and friends and their parents for a last weekend getaway before senior year of HS started. We had a blast playing games and laughing. Plenty of space for kids upstairs in loft and also a large table for gathering and game playing downstairs. Plenty of room for all 9 of us. We had a wonderful time! ”

“Rob was very proactive on sending information for our check in. We were also pleasantly surprised with some fabulous cookies waiting for us when we got there. The house was very neat and clean. The bedrooms were as described in the listing. We spend quite a bit of our time at Warm Springs Ranch and it was nice to be able to come back to a place we could relax in.”
