“It was so nice, quiet clean and comfortable ”

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“Excellent condition. Very nice upgrade and property was nice. Quiet. Clean. Staff was wonderful. No dining close by but the Saphire restaurant was sufficient. ”

“Observation 1: Upon arrival at approx 0730 exterior lighting for signage was NOT on. Impact: Missed exit and had to return at next exit. Observation 2: Deposit for "incidentals", no explanation by staff what it is for, or when return anticipated if no charges. ”

“Wow, it was extremely busy because it was evening and the casino was hopping, there was decent parking fairly close by which was surprising.”

I love it when breakfast has hot options like waffles, biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs, as well as the fruit, cereal ,yogurt, sweets, coffee and juices.
