“Exactly as advertised. If you want a spot for the family to come up and be close to the park, this is it. I’d like to leave a lousy review so that no one will book it and I can come back whenever I want to, but that would be a lie. We loved this place. Reminds us of cottages we’ve stayed in up in VT. Will DEFINITELY come back. ”

“We stayed for two nights while attending a local event. Overall, the place was bigger and cozier than it appears—clean, quiet, and charming. The driveway easily fit three cars. The main bathroom is modern, the attic bedroom is well-insulated (great for kids), and the deck offers a nice lake view (though there’s no direct lake access). We appreciated having a dishwasher and detergent on hand.Note about the attic bedroom: there is no inward stair rail--which is a safety hazard. Be cautious when……

“The view was beautiful, house was clean and plenty of room. ”

“The property itself is beautiful; however, 2 days into our month long stay, the area was hit with the remnants of a hurricane ( rain and strong winds). This caused water intrusion along one entire side of the cabin and portions of the roof. We left on the third day. Our host was gracious and worked with us and VRBO to refund our money. ”
