“First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. “This was conveniently located near UVA and a reasonable price for just an overnight stay. I appreciated the staff helping us check in early, though I had trouble getting through on the phone. The rooms are clean and well stocked and everyone was friendly. Was a bit of a struggle showering with the moving spray thing though tbh. ”
