“Our VRBO experience began with excellent communications with the property owner and very clear instructions about where to park and how to gain access to the apartment. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were shocked by how misrepresented this apartment was compared to the online photos. The entrance we were instructed to use was filthy, setting the tone for the rest of our experience. Inside, the furniture was stained, the carpets were dirty and stained, and the bedspreads had large, visible……

“I came for work and wanted to be able to walk to the Mitchell Hospital. It was a perfect fit! Owner had great communication and instructions. Plenty of space for a large family, even though it was just me this time. Thanks again!”

We also liked that we each had our own bedroom, unlike a hotel could provide. Would definitely recommend even for a short weekend trip ”

“I gave a 4 star according to the host’s criteria. Ali is friendly and an efficient host. The property is in a nice location and the parking was a plus. Unfortunately, the pictures are deceiving and most likely taken when it was newly renovated and with good lighting. This is a garden/basement apartment. It is quite dark and dingy because the apartment hasn’t been maintained. The walls are scuffed/dirty, blinds are broken, curtain rods falling off. It is in need of a true cleaning and refresh……
