“Birthday gift for Wife. Excellent service from greeting us at car, reception staff polite and courteous. Room as always, clean and size was large, well decorated and amenities faultless. Spa Garden was exceptional 👌 staff friendly and service was excellent. Golf restaurant on night was unreal. Staff friendly and greet my wife with knowledgeable of Birthday and gift at end of meal, food and drink faultless. Been before and will visit again. You pay for what you would expect and its worth……

“Due to many delays, we didn't arrive until very late, but Jane made sure our room was lit and welcoming. We were staying in the barn and the room was perfect. Beds comfortable and shower prrssure was strong. Breakfast was excellent, good coffee. ”

“Very love area with walking paths, forest and birds, lots of birds. The dining hall, reception and lounge area are fabulous. The extra building housing non-suite rooms is very tired looking and cold, but the price reflects that, so no complaints. Staff is very helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Really good home cooked food at a good price too but hotel side of the pub was a little expensive considering breakfast wasnt included but it was comfortable and clean and nice for me personally to have memory foam pillows instead of feather filled ones. ”

“We'd opted for a superior room as it was our anniversary. Had a lovely view of the market square. Good sized room and lovely toiletries and tea & coffee facilities (could have done with more herbal tea options, but we'd brought our own just in case.) Nice touch to be able to get fresh milk for drinks, rather than the milk sachets.. Staff friendly and helpful eg looked up the local cinema times for us. Thanks”

“自助式Check-in,老闆很熱心的讓我晚Check-in，因為我當天晚上十一點才抵達旅館。大致上旅館是乾淨，晚上也非常安靜。外面的街上也有許多餐廳與咖啡店可提供食物。 因為是老城市，我是可接受房間是比較舊式。”

“住七天，但，用過的杯子沒有每次換新，浴室地板的毛髮，有次也沒清，只是換毛巾，擦洗手檯而已，其他都很好，櫃檯的接待人員服務態度很好。大廳很寬敞明亮。”
