“Quiet neighborhood. Restful. House was clean and comfortable. Carpet would have been nice. Exterior grounds messy and dissheveled. Owner responded promptly to requests.”

Perfect for relaxing and just steps from Twin Lakes State Beach and walking distance to some great eating spots. Harbor Cafe breakfast was delish! One of the best VRBO's that we've stayed in. Would definitely come back again!”

“Great location, view and accommodations. We were there to celebrate a milestone adult birthday. We had ages 9-68. The only challenges were the steep stairs and 3 levels(kids didn’t mind it!) and keeping everyone contained to the small patio area )open on both sides) Host was reasonable and very responsive. ”

“Perfect weekend, perfect location, incredible access to Capitola and the coast. We had activities planned at the beach and up in the Santa Cruz Mountains and easily made our way around. Walking everywhere and snagging the occasional Uber allowed us to leave our cars parked the entire time!”

“We have stayed here before and always have a wonderful time. The location is wonderful with the beach, restaurants and stores nearby. Getting to stay in a vintage home that's fairly well taken care of is a treat. We hope to stay there again!”

“One of our absolute favorite vacation rentals of all time! The home is thoughtfully stocked with absolutely everything you will need, including a fully outfitted kitchen, beach towels and wet suits. The house is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The Eastern King in the back bedroom is great. We didn't try the twin beds. The neighborhood is very quiet. “Our family of nine, adult kids and grandkids, stayed for a week. The home and location was perfect! Everything needed for the beach was provided; towels, boogies boards, wagon, chairs, etc. The kitchen was great and had everything you needed and the living area was very comfortable. The two car garage with openers was a definite plus. Hope to stay there again!”

“House was in pristine condition and amazingly located. So convenient to town and easy to get to the beach. The stairway above the house is out of order, but the walk down to the beach is very quick and pleasant.Beautiful rooms. One large master sized room with a couple of small patios, one with furniture. Another medium size bedroom and a third small bedroom all with very nice beds.Kitchen was lovely and the layout allowed us to be connected to the ocean pretty much all the time. Would rent this……

“Location is amazing as the house overlooks nice beach with areas for surfers and swimmers. The area is not crowded as there is limited parking in the area. We’ve had plenty of space even for volleyball net. The house was recently remodeled to a very high standard. We’ve enjoyed all recent updates as one of the first guests. However the best part is the sound of the big waves breaking at night as you sleep with open windows. I have trouble sleeping at home and I really caught up on sleep during……

“I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks!”
