“We thoroughly enjoy our stay. Very clean and we had everything we needed. Only complaint os there are no chairs with backs at the table, but there were slated storage bins to sit on. Suggestion for listing, let people know that the eating, living, & kitchen area are on the 2nd floor, and that the bedroom listed with 2 twin beds are both elevated beds with ladders to get to the bed. Great for kids and younger folks. We were a group of seniors that had several people where stairs are difficult.……

“This is a wonderful location with a fantastic view of the ocean and a mere half block from the beach. The walking path along the ocean is fantastic!The house is clean, well maintained and slept our group of ten comfortably. Mattresses and bedding are new and good quality. The kitchen is well stocked. “My husband and I just got married last weekend and wanted to do a little mini moon getaway in Santa Cruz. The bungalow is cute and perfect distance from the beach/boardwalk and downtown. Our only recommendation would be a mattress topper for the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable and we both had backaches every morning. Other than that, we highly recommend!”

“We loved our stay at this little charming home! The house was clean and the amenities were in good condition.
