“It was a great stay. Only cons were no body soap in container and the fenced in yard was great but no where to dispose of dog clean up. It was a very cute house and everything worked out perfectly for the wedding. ”

“Very nice place to stay near the center of Davidson. We enjoyed walking around the lake. The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was perfect for our weekend.”

“Needed a comfortable place for a few nights while we watched our granddaughter for her parents who had an event nearby. The home was just perfect and we loved the screened in porch. The desk area came in handy for some work stuff we needed to do. Loved walking around the neighborhood and easy walking access to great coffee and breakfast and other restaurants. Everything was very convenient. We all drive trucks and parking was not a problem. Definitely would rent again. ”

“House was as described and very clean. However, there were only two hooks in the bathroom and no other places to hang towels. A couple more hooks in the bathroom and some hooks on the back of doors in the bedrooms are needed. Also, in 2 of the rooms there was no furniture other than the bed and a small end table so no place to put suitcase (or wet towels). A simple table in each room would make a big difference. Other than that we enjoyed the house and appreciated the quiet neighborhood.”

“Hotel is great, no issues with it at all. Only issue is the area around the hotel. There are a lot of homeless present. It can feel a little unsafe at times.”
