“Well...I definitely see why there were no exterior shots, as the property is in a pretty grimy-looking battleship-gray building above a smoke shop (and next door to a tattoo parlor). Likewise, the faint vibrations of crappy club music from the smoke shop downstairs could be heard (and felt).With that said, that's my only complaint. The apartment itself was very nice. Cleaning and laundry supplies were provided (absolute godsend on laundry), the bathroom (and especially the shower) was huge, and……

“The bad reviews must have been during the rebuild from the hurricanes and of course northerners lol. We found the property to be beautiful with a new courtyard and swimming pool. Great amenities like laundry area, game/arcade room and even a breakfast/lunch diner. The staff at the desk is extremely helpful and greeting. Very quiet as well with many of the other people owning their units. Beach access was extremely convenient right from the pool and required a key to come back in for added……

“This place was really cute. I liked the fact that it's newly remodeled. It had pretty much everything need EXCEPT no place to wash dishes other than the bathroom sink. Not ideal at all. A dish pan or 2 would have worked. Also, there was no place to plug in the toaster or coffee maker unless running an extension cord was an option - which safety wise was not. Nice that it was across the street from the beach. Very close to grocery store, restaurants, gas station and other shops and stores. Pet……
