“The photos can’t capture the tranquility of the location and coziness of the house.The location is breathtaking. It’s spacious and serene. If you are looking for a place to escape the rush of the everyday this is the spot to enjoy and reset. “What a great stay. Weather was awesome during our time there. Property manager was great and had 2 beautiful labs extremely friendly and well behaved. Place was perfect for 2 people. Well maintained and very cozy and peaceful. Fully equipped with everything you need. The only thing I think should be addressed would be the futon bed and mattress. Not too comfortable and a little difficult to slide back in. Other than that, I would give it a 10 rating ”

“We had such a great time. The house was great. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for our family. The bunk house was really nice too. It is a beautiful area of Bridgeport lake. We will definitely be back”

“We had the best time! Cabin was so cute and very clean. Had an issue with some of the tv’s but was taken care of. The grandkids had a great time fishing right in front of our cabin. The camp is going to be awesome once everything is open. We definitely plan on coming back soon!”

“The Overlook has great space to accomodate a group that is looking for action at the lake or throughout the northern Texas country. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and storage. The place is dated and could use some sprucing up, but if that doesn't matter to you, it's an incredible value for the space.”

“Despite the weather not being on our side, we had an amazing stay! We were lucky to catch a rare sight of bisons and got some great photos. Overall, everything was wonderful — a memorable experience!”

“I booked our cabin for my family to celebrate Thanksgiving and we had the best time! The neighbor was quiet and peaceful and we had the chance to fully unplug. The instructions were clear and I had a very attentive team who checked in with us throughout our team. The house is packed with games, cooking pans and anything you might need for a cozy weekend. Will be booking again for Christmas- can’t wait! ”

“This little houseboat was so cute. Everything worked as expected. It was so romantic to be able to sit on the back of the boat and fish all night with my wife. Everything was perfect. Everyone we meet was so nice. If I had only one recommendation if you stay on this boat, take you a bed topper or something, it wasn’t a very thick mattress. The second night we slept a lot better. But we will definitely be back. I think this is going to be a favorite place to spend time and making memories. Also……

“We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. The pool was a hit, but the host does nickle-and-dime you with a charge by the hour for the hot tub (it does get hot quickly). The house is in okay condition, but it could use some improvements. The beds weren’t very comfortable and were squeaky. The bunk……

The property’s amenities were exactly what my crew needed to enjoy, relax and all be present in one beautiful location.
