Owner was very responsive and the home was immaculate and thoughtfully appointed. The road noise was not a problem with fans running at night and the windows closed. I would worry about the bedrooms being hot during warmer months, but I would love to return in the Fall sometime!”

“This house is in the perfect location- easy access to water/ hiking / midcoast towns next door to a delish maine market and coffee roaster… the house itself is a charming old farm house that has all the basic stuff. If you are looking for high end - this isn’t your place. For us, we loved the comfy, lived in beach house vibe. My kids (8 and 5 ) loved all the games provided. The property has a rambling lawn down to the sea. The beach is rocky but you can walk along it- or drive - to a nice swim……

“My wife, our 5 kids, and I stayed at Alex’s place in August 2024. What a wonderful stay. The location is perfect with a beautiful view of Mt. Battie from the back decks and a very short jaunt into Camden. We used the house as our landing spot to explore the region. The house was exactly as described. It was well stocked with all that we needed to make ourselves at home for the week. Alex is a great host - very responsive and provides very clear directions for check-in and check-out. His……
