“I have stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites and have enjoyed it every time I have visited Exeter. We have been very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and the proximity to quite a few great restaurants and attractions. (It is only 15 minutes from the beach)! The hot breakfast selection was also very good. The only downside was that the business center was temporarily not available due to renovations this trip. “I like staying here. Yes, it's an older property and a bit worn. The price reflects that though. The other near by properties are much higher in price but it's hit and miss on cleanliness and quietness. But here at the Anchorage it's clean. It's quiet. The staff has always greeted me with a smile and are helpful. Whenever I have to come back here for meetings I will stay at the Rochester Anchorage.”

“My overnight stay was perfect! Room and bathroom were very clean. Enjoyed it more than staying at a hotel! Although the restaurant didn't have a lot of GF options, everything smelled awesome. I would have given it a try if I didn't have other plans. Will stay here again anytime I am in Rochester!!! ”

“When I first checked in, I was a few hours early and I was greeted by a young woman who was very happy to assist me and checked me in so I could go to my event and not have to worry about doing it later.
