“The Heron is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the Heron King, and were very impressed. The bathroom, with real marble tile, a beautiful shower, and the provided soaps and lotions were amazing. We loved the Heron theme, down to the clothes closet with heron print, heron robe to use and even heron drink coasters. Rooftop bar is a MUST, we had cocktails there with a great view of the city. Ate breakfast in the Kiln, was awesome, with good sized portion, lots of bacon and really good sour dough……
“Great hotel enjoyed our stay! Staff was amazing. First time staying in the area was within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Took the trolley to the waterfront had a great time overall. Only wish the parking wasn’t $40 per night and room was just a bit smaller than expected. But will definitely be staying here again”

“Stay started by being greeted by friendly staff at the valet stand as well as front desk. Room was spacious, clean and accommodating. It was late so I opted to have dinner at the hotel and the server was wonderful! The area is safe, lovely with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel! ”
“Very spacious, well designed and equipped room. Very comfortable bed, pillow and the air conditioning is quiet and cool enough. Perfect blackout curtains and more than sufficient plugs and USB chargers. Decent and safe neighborhood and got a big supermarket where is only 2 mins walk from the hotel. Friendly staff in particular the shuttle driver Ricko who is very kind, helpful and possesses excellent driving skills. ”
