“Went to see family. Great little town”

“Exactly as listed. We were trying to get away from the noise and parties for July 4th. There were fireworks but far enough away that our dog did ok inside. Lots of fields for playing and chasing fireflys. We had s’mores by the fire and enjoyed the views. No complaints . They had everything we could need there. It would be a beautiful place for a wedding or other event.”

“Always nice and quiet”

“I stayed here with my 11 year old twins. The hosts were so accommodating and even provided a twin mattress for us. They also gave us great restaurant suggestions which really helped since there really is nothing close by. Having coffee and a few snacks was also a very nice touch. Loved the screen porch and play area too. We will be back again. ”

“Our family needed a space to relax and spend time together before our kids went to camp for summer. This property was perfect location with the view, easy access to grocery store, and all the outdoor activities the area has to offer. The host has thought of everything! There were blankets, outlets, and lots of comforts of home. We really appreciated the view the most. We sat outside the first night and watched the sunset together. Highly recommend this property. “The deck overlooking the creek and spillway added so much enjoyment! It made for a beautiful way to start and end the day. Our kids enjoyed fishing, finding crayfish and clambering around the rocks in the creek. We all liked the modern farmhouse feel and style of the interior of the house. The beds were very comfortable and the bedroom fans were helpful as it was a hot weekend. Checkout and check-in were easy. We loved our time here! ”

“Very cute cabin! First of all, the cabin is VERY clean! Bedroom and bathroom are spacious. Kitchen is very efficient. All 3 outdoor areas have great views and lots of seating! Harlie was very responsive with all inquiries. Location was a great central spot, quick drive to Hanging Rock State Park and also easy drives into both King and Pinnacle ”

“Nellie’s log cabin is a real gem! Nestled in the woods on a working farm, this cabin is surrounded by beautiful hardwoods and faces a picturesque pond. It is peaceful and quiet and there is no traffic noise- only the sounds of birds, bullfrogs and chirping crickets. It is very close to Hanging Rock State Park. The hostess is extremely responsive and very helpful with any questions or concerns and the cabin upon arrival was absolutely spotless. This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed!……
