“Lovely hotel situated 1 mile to the north of Hawes. We had a downstairs room with a conservatory (worth paying the extra). Staff very easy to talk too and very friendly. Food excellent. ”

“The room we had was. On the top floor which j found quite a challange as I have breathing trouble . But the room was lovely and clean, bathroom spotless. Breakfast was excellent and ordering the night before I think is a good call .”

“Clean, comfortable rooms but quite cosy. The pub is on the busy A65, so it can be quite noisy, even at the back. Very little choice for vegetarians/vegans, especially if you don't like fake meat. Although the kitchen did agree to do the mushroom salad which is normally only on the lunchtime menu for dinner, which was nice. Some fruit at breakfast would have been nice, but there was tasty bread. ”

“overall good. spacious and clean but somehow there is sewage smell nor sure where it comes from as the bathroom is very clean. otherwise it is good overall”
