“Our family rented this apartment to stay in while our son played a baseball tournament at the Cooperstown All Star Village near Oneonta. The drive to the baseball complex was about 30 minutes, but it was extremely worth it. “As far as location this place is spot on. Right in the heart of everything with tons of parking. The apartment was clean with a nice layout. We loved the modern feel! Our only complaint was how loud this place was. Between the different sounds from the fan, heat and tapping through out the night. We were able to hear the people down the hall and certainly the people upstairs. If we didn’t hear it all throughout the night I would have left this out completely but it certainly became annoying……

“The property is really old and requires renovation. Bathroom has cracks all around and enamel in the bathtub is damaged. It was really difficult to get the hot water setting and water was luke warm. The flooring throughout is really old and mainly dirty. There was no door mat inside the apartment or any way really to keep the slushy dirt out. There were no paper towels inside the apartment. Would not stay there again. Couch is old, the batteries in the tv remote control were old making……
